While working as employee within a brand, we were closely involved in how content and digital work was handled. Like most companies, the brand had outsourced this work to marketing and digital agencies, expecting clarity and strong visual representation.

Most agencies focused on ticking boxes, posting regularly, following trends or repurposing generic ideas but avoided the real work: understanding the brand, feeling its pressure and taking responsibility for how it shows up publicly.

That’s where Hidden Directors was born.

We didn’t start this to become another agency.

We started it because we genuinely care about visuals, storytelling and the pressure brands carry when they put themselves out there.
